Headaches throughout the process are inevitable, but we know how to resolve them in the background without disturbing you.

What do you charge?
Our fees are very transparent, we prefer the straightforward approach, we know that people hate the mystery of hourly billing and surprise invoices. We structure our design fees as a flat fee paid in 50/50 installments. Every project is unique and we calculate design fees based on the amount of time that needs to be designated to each space. For design fees you can expect to spend roughly $4,500 in primary spaces such as your living room, dining room or primary bedroom and $2,500 in secondary spaces such as a home office or guest bedroom.
Do you do renovations?
Absolutely, we know that bad contractors and the stress of the construction process in general has brought so many homeowners endless headaches and sleepless nights. We are so proud to say that we have mastered the construction process and we work with a team of properly vetted contractors that get the job done right at the right price.
What should my budget be?
Setting proper budget expectations is very important, a healthy budget can range greatly depending on the size of your home, your desired style and personal preferences. From blank slate to finished space, a good rule of thumb is to expect to spend a minimum of $30,000 for primary spaces and $20,000 for secondary spaces (excluding major construction).
